The Rigatoni
GASTRONOMIC POTATO SPECIALITY
INGREDIENTS:
Fresh potatoes 78%, wheat flour, eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil (sprinkled on surface).
May contain soy and milk.
This product is pre-cooked, pasteurized, and packed in a protective atmosphere, no preservatives are added.
Pour into boiling water (previously salted).
Cook for about 1 minute and as soon as they surface from the bottom of the pot, collect them with a skimmer.
1 Minprepare a slightly liquid sauce and add the rigatoni directly from the pack.
Cook at a over high heat for some minutes, mixing them gently.
