Fresh Spätzle Spinach
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, spinach 30%, water, eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil (sprinkled on surface).
Contains: wheat (gluten), eggs, and may contain traces of soy.
Pre-cooked product, pasteurized, and packed in a protective atmosphere, no added preservative.
Pour in boiled and salted water. Cook for around 1 minute and as soon as they emerge, pick them up with a slotted spoon.
Prepare a slightly watery sauce and add the gnocchi straight from the package. Cook on a steady flame for a few minutes and gently stir until the sauce has sufficiently thickened.
