Mushroom sauce

INGREDIENTI:

Mushrooms 43.8% (Boletus edulis and its group 17.6% on the finished product, Suillus Luteus, Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinus Edodes) sunflower oil, water, cream, rice flour, caramelized sugar, Grana Padano PDO 2% (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme egg protein), onion, parsley, salt, yeast extract, pepper.

May Contain: nuts, celery, fish.

Suggestions

Pour the sauce into a non-stick pan and bring it to a simmer. Add the pasta, drained and cooked slightly “al dente” and mix together over a warmer flame. Add a splash of the pasta water to the sauce so that it does not become too dry. Before serving, you can complete the dish with a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Suggested portions

The quantity of sauce in this package is the perfect seasoning for 300 g (3/4 servings) of dry pasta.
