Pesto sauce
INGREDIENTI:
Extra virgin olive oil, Basilico Genovese PDO 25%, Grana Padano PDO (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme egg protein), pine nuts, walnuts, salt, Pecorino Romano DOP (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid.
May Contain: nuts, celery, fish.
While it is still cold, pour the pesto into a mixing bowl, add a tablespoon of the boiling water and mix it together with the cooked and drained pasta.
Before serving, you can garnish with some fresh basil leaves and pine nuts.
The quantity of sauce in this package is the perfect seasoning for 300 g (3/4 servings) of dry pasta.
