Pea and Prawn Potato Gnocchi

Ingredients for 2/3 people

  • 500g of Potato Gnocchi
  • 250g of peas to be peeled
  • 125g of shelled shrimp
  • 50g of peeled tomatoes
  • 1 leek (or spring onion)
  • 1 pinch of chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
Preparation:   15 minutes - 3 servings -

Chop the leek, brown with olive oil then add the tomato and shrimp cut into small pieces and brown for a few minutes.
In the meantime boil the peeled peas in salted water, and when they have finished cooking pour in the shrimp and tomato. Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in the boiled gnocchi, mix and serve immediately.
