Tyrolean Spätzle with creamed Gorgonzola
Ingredients for 2/3 people
- 350g of Spätzle/500g of Potato Gnocchi
- 150g of fresh Gorgonzola blue cheese
- half a glass of milk
Mix the gorgonzola with the milk in a saucepan on a low heat, boil the spätzle and mix it with the creamed cheese.
Mix well and serve immediately.
