Tyrolean Spätzle with Speck and gorgonzola

Ingredients for 2/3 people

  • 350g of Spätzle/500g of Potato Gnocchi
  • 150g of unseasoned soft Gorgonzola blue cheese
  • 40g of smoked speck
  • Half a glass of milk
Preparation:   5 minutes - 3 servings -

In a frying pan mix the gorgonzola with the milk on low heat, and cut the speck into thin strips. Boil the spätzle, drain and place in a pan with the Gorgonzola, add the speck, mix everything well and serve immediately.
