A delicious taste
Potato Rigatoni with fresh shrimps
Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 Potato rigatoni pack gr 400
- About 15 big shrimp tails
- butter
- parsley
- half glass of white wine
- Pepper and salt if needed
Start this receipt by peeling the shrimps , then blanch the prawns in a pan; add butter and pan-fry them. Add, if you please, some white wine and leave it blur.
Take off 4 shrimps, to be used as a decoration of your plate. Cut the parsley and add it to the shrimps, adding salt and pepper at your pleasure.
Take the Potato rigatoni pack and put them in a pan with a sprinkling of water. Cook them for few minutes, and then add the prawn sauce.
Stir well and serve, putting the prawn tails previously taken off as decoration for your plate.
