The best recipe for
Potato gnocchi with peas and ham
Ingredients for 2/3 people

500 gr of Potato Gnocchi

200 gr of peas
-
100 gr of prosciutto cotto (baked ham, a single slice)

1 tablespoon of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
-
1 tablespoon of olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the peas for two minutes, cut the ham into cubes, add and leave to cook for a minute, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the gnocchi and place it into the pan with the peas, sprinkle with grated Parmigiano cheese, mix well and serve immediately.
