Potato Gnocchi with Salmon

Ingredients for 2/3 people

  • 500g of Potato Gnocchi
  • 1 spring onion
  • 120g of smoked salmon
  • Half a glass of dry white wine
  • A pinch of chopped parsley
  • Half a glass of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Preparation:   10 minutes - 3 servings -

Finely chop the leek and sauté for a few minutes in the olive oil, add the smoked salmon and white wine, then leave to simmer for around two minutes.
Boil the gnocchi and mix with the sauce, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
