Potato Gnocchi with Porcini Mushrooms
Ingredients for 2/3 people
- 500g of Potato Gnocchi/350g of Golden Spätzle
- 2 fresh medium porcini mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 1 pinch of chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil and garlic in a saucepan, then without letting it brown add the already washed and thinly sliced mushrooms, and leave to simmer for around 7 minutes. After the 7 minutes are up, season the sauce with the salt, pepper and parsley to taste, boil the gnocchi and place them on the mushrooms, sprinkle with grated Parmigiano cheese, mix everything well and serve immediately.
