Potato gnocchi with moretti artichokes
Ingredients for 2/3 people
- 500g of Potato Gnocchi/350g of Golden Spätzle
- 3 Moretti artichokes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pinch of chopped parsley
- Half a glass of dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a pan and gently fry the garlic clove, but without allowing it to brown.
Remove it and add the already finely-chopped artichokes, season with salt to taste and leave to simmer for around five minutes. When they are cooked, boil the gnocchi and place on the artichokes, sprinkle with the Parmigiano cheese and mix well. Serve immediately.
